US Green Card or US Citizenship Exams
A medical examination is required by the USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) in order to obtain a US green card or citizenship. Only medical providers designated by the USCIS as civil surgeons can conduct an immigration exam. Skynn MD provides all necessary medical services to meet immigration exam requirements for US citizenship applicants of all ages.
What Does an Immigration Exam Include?

- Reporting of the I-693 form
- Physical examination
- Vaccination history
- Screening for tuberculosis, syphilis, and gonorrhea
