With 20+ yrs of working in the field of MEDICINE across various disciplines, Dr. G(Gotur) perceived there was a need for more personalized wellness and aesthetic services that catered to the unique health, skin, and beauty concerns of people with diverse backgrounds, this lead to the conception of SKYNN MD Medspa and Aesthetics.

The ‘NN’s in SKY’NN’ are the first Names of his twins and hopes that SKY’s the limit for them. Dr. Gotur cherishes moments with his beloved wife and adorable twins. His spare time is a blend of serenity and fun, as he enjoys leisurely strolls, thrilling ping pong matches, lively card games, and engaging in fun rounds of UNO. He dabbles in numismatics, fascinated by the stories of coins and history. His love for history and deep wanderlust take him on captivating journeys around the world exploring various new cultures and learning from the past and to create a brighter future. Arlette was born in California but raised in North Carolina. She is fluent in both Spanish and English. She received her Esthetician license from Durham Tech Community College. From a young age, she has been passionate about self care and beauty. Her goal is to make patients feel good about themselves with proper skincare treatment and at home care. She believes everyone one deserves healthy, clear and radiant skin. In her free time, she loves to spend quality time with her family and enjoys traveling.

Originally from Florida,,Stephanie moved to NC in 2004. As a licensed Cosmetologist for the past 20 years she’s found her biggest passion is in skincare. She continued her education in Medical Aesthetics and has a passion for anything beauty related. She specializes in skincare regimens and is dedicated to helping her clients feel beautiful and confident in their own skin. She is certified in microneedling chemical peels dermaplaning Hydrafacials and Laser hair removal. In her downtime she loves DIY projects at home and spending time with her family. 😊
