Skynn MD Medspa and Wellness is seeking an awesome, licensed esthetician to join our team. We are new and growing.

We are looking for the right fit to learn and grow.

As an esthetician in our Medical spa, you’ll get to provide hydrafacial, facials , hair removal, and skincare treatments that you learned in school, but with a twist. We want someone who’s not afraid to get creative and thinks outside the box!

• Strong sales background – ability to upsell, cross sell and make recommendations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides individual skin and facial services that meet the needs and expectations of the clients.
• Able to perform Skin analysis, Hair removal , Hydrafacial, Keraveve, exfoliation/microdermabrasion, dermaplaning/ microneedling and chemical Peels.
• Educates the customers about Skynn MD products/ services and treatments.
• Maintain Skynn MD appearance and cleanliness.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Understands the value of self promotion and education via social media while adhering to Skynn MD Medspa Brand guidelines.
• Self generated leads and promotion
• Social media following.
• Promotes the brand Skynn MD and its products and services.
• Social Media – instagram, tiktok, facebook etc – post regularly ,follow up on clients, creative ideas for social media
• Ability to go the extra mile to get new clients, attend events, walk to businesses etc.

Position requirements

• Active NC license – (Aesthetician and electrolysis)
• Laser Certification or experience.(electrolysis boards)
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commisions.
• Bilingual(Spanish)
• Strong social media presence, have existing clients.
